WARRANTY POLICY
Warranties are Available for Purchase

Available on select items with in-house installation only.

No Warranty available on cash and carry items.

1 full year coverage from the date of Purchase.

Includes:

Removal and disposal of Warranty item.

Installation of replacement item.

Replacement item of equal or lesser value.

Excludes:

Any additional fees that applied on the original purchase. The same fees will also apply at the time of replacement (i.e. distance/travel fees, special requests, etc.)

Warranty of replacement item.

Discounted items (not warranty eligible)

P&L Palms and Brad Wallace Irrigation & Landscape are not responsible for any Landscape and/or Irrigation damage during installation.

This warranty cannot be honored without a valid receipt from the original purchaser.

REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be issued on all orders cancelled within 3 days of purchase
Any order cancellation after three days will be issued as store credit
